CAVIAROLI of extra virgin olive oil is the original CAVIAROLI. This was the first product CAVIAROLI launched and began serving in some of the world's best kitchens. We currently have two varieties of CAVIAROLI of extra virgin olive oil: Picual and Arbequina.
The Picual variety is made with extra virgin olive oil from Picual olives only. As this CAVIAROLI original oil has an intense flavor on the palate with a slight bitter taste characteristic of this oil. The aroma is fresh and intense with hints of freshly cut grass.
The Arbequina variety is made with extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olives. It is milder than Picual variety with a fruity flavor and aroma.
